No. Blumira's MSP pricing is strictly per-user across your client base. A client with 50 employees pays the same per-user rate regardless of the number of devices in their environment. Log volume does not create overage charges.
How do volume discounts work?
Volume discounts apply across your total book of business, not per individual client. As your aggregate seat count grows, your per-user rate drops. This rewards MSPs who scale the Blumira offering across their client base rather than limiting it to a subset of clients.
What's NOT included in the standard per-user price?
The platform, SecOps support, compliance reporting, and multi-tenant dashboard are included. Custom integrations beyond the 130+ pre-built options, bespoke detection engineering engagements, and specialized professional services engagements are priced separately and are not required to operate the platform or serve clients effectively.
How does this compare to per-device SIEM pricing?
Per-device pricing creates margin uncertainty as client environments change, and makes the MSP's pricing to end-clients unpredictable. Per-user pricing tracks with how MSPs actually charge their clients (seat-based) and produces predictable margin across client sizes. For most MSP books of business, per-user pricing produces better margin than per-device.
What does pricing look like during the NFR period?
The NFR license itself is free. No seat billing during the NFR evaluation period, no deployment fee, no charge for 24/7 SecOps support or compliance reporting while you evaluate. Paid MSP partner pricing begins when you transition from NFR to bringing clients onto the platform.
Does Blumira charge setup or onboarding fees?
